Sip & Flow: the mid-week reset nurses need

The perfect mid-week reset for the busy nurse long overdue for some self-care. If you were with us for our April Sip & Flow, you already know the vibe, and we’re bringing it back for the summer! Sip & Flow is a sweet opportunity to move your body, exhale the stress of the job, and fill your cup.

The evening:

  • The Chat: we’ll start with a supported discussion around wellness & nursing

  • The Flow: an energizing all-levels yoga flow with elements of breathwork

  • The Sip: (optional) we’ll wrap up with a casual social time to sip on refreshing mocktails

  • Date: Wednesday, July 29th

  • Time: 6:30-8:30 PM

  • Location: Co+ in Dartmouth, a bright and airy space at 36 Marketplace Dr. (we’ll be in The Workshop)

    *free street parking available

Grab your shift partners (or just yourself!), pack your yoga mat, and meet us there! You’re also welcome to bring a journal and pen if you’d like to jot down some thoughts during our chat.
