Let your worries melt away with a private, hands-on candle making workshop. We’ll be guided through the unique process of creating a soy wax candle – from choosing and blending your signature fragrance at the scent bar and pouring the wax, to designing your own label and adding the finishing touches!
You can expect light snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, a relaxed mood, and a comfy dress code. No previous experience is necessary (this is our first time too!). Grab your nursing pal or come solo, we can’t wait to get artsy with you 🕯️
Your ticket includes:
All candle making supplies and tools
2-hour guided workshop by Coastal Cove Candle Company
Your finished 8oz soy wax candle with a wood crackling wick and custom label to take home the same day

Sip & Flow: the ‘nurse hangover’ cure
The perfect mid-week reset for the busy nurse long overdue for some self-care. If you were with us for Coffee & Flow in 2025, you already know the vibe, but we’ve taken that energy and leveled it up! Sip & Flow is a sweet opportunity to move your body, exhale the stress of the job, and fill your cup.
The evening:
The Chat: we’ll start with a short supported discussion focused on realistic, shift-specific wellness strategies (coming from a nurse who gets it – no toxic positivity here!)
The Flow: an energizing all-levels yoga flow with elements of breathwork
The Sip: we’ll wrap up with a relaxed (optional) social time to sip on refreshing non-alcoholic beverages
The Details:
Date: Wednesday, April 8th
Time: 6:30-8 PM (plus optional social time afterwards)
Location: Co+ in Dartmouth, a bright and airy space at 36 Marketplace Dr. (we’ll be in The Workshop)
*free street parking available
Grab your shift partners (or just yourself!), pack your yoga mat and water bottle, and meet us there! You’re also welcome to bring a journal and pen if you’d like to jot down some thoughts during our chat.
Whether you're coming off nights or prepping for your next set, this is your invitation to slow down and come back to yourself.
