Summer 2025 Retreat

A restorative afternoon for nurses to relax, reset, and truly fill their own cup. Together, we moved through yoga, journaling & reflective practices, supportive discussion, candle painting, real-life grounding techniques designed for high-stress work environments, and more.

Paired with snacks and a beautiful, calming space, the conversation flowed with ease. Guests left feeling inspired and empowered to care for themselves on a deeper level – and most importantly, feeling seen and supported as nurses navigating today’s healthcare system. At Silfira Wellness, we strive to foster a supportive community for nurses.

Coffee & Flow – a yoga & wellness morning

Coffee & Flow was a sweet morning of community and self-care. Nurses from various backgrounds came together to move through a guided discussion, mindfulness practice, and an all-levels yoga flow.

We then gathered for coffee and tea, creating space for a fun, informal social time. Connecting over sips and shared experiences, guests left feeling supported, grounded, and refreshed.

Code Calm – a space for busy nurses craving a slow down

Hosted virtually, this short and sweet self-care evening was all about slowing down in this particularly busy and heavy time. We moved through a gentle grounding practice, breathwork, a reflective journaling practice, and closed with a supportive discussion around the theme of overwhelm.

Code Calm is a soft space to calm the nervous system. This recurring virtual offering supports nurses in feeling their best, all from the comfort of their own home.
